When it comes to playground safety, there can be no compromise. Playground equipment, such as slides, climbing frames, roundabouts and swings are important to child's development, but also pose potentially serious playground safety issues. Choosing between playground woodchip, rubber crumb, rubber chips and cork flooring is your first dilemma.

That's why we have provided this comprehensive site on our playground flooring products and their benefits. Our impact absorbing systems are tested to British Standards, these have to be provided if the height of the playground equipment is above 70cm. Playrite manufactures five standard systems dedicated to playground safety, in areas where raised equipment is provided.

Play-Safe is available with five increasingly absorbent shock-absorbing layers giving a cfh from 80cm to 3.2m.The surface is durable in all weathers and is a cost-effective playground flooring which can be tailored to your requirements.
